You can create new awards in your awards "control tower" (AP> Users & Groups> Awards) .
Fill in the title of your award, its description, upload an image (the badge) that corresponds to it. You can also create a congratulation message (which the user will receive via a notification) and even specify a custom CSS class to easily customize the appearance of the awards on your forum.
There are 2 types of awards:
automatic awards (depending on actions carried out by the member or objectives achieved: membership period, number of topics created, number of likes obtained, etc.)
awards with manual assignement (they will be assigned by the admin manually, therefore according to subjective criteria)
In the case of creating an automatic award, you will have to indicate the value to be achieved. For example, if we want to give a "Best Poster" badge to users who have posted more than 1,000 messages on the forum, the settings of our award will be as follows:
The rewards management system allows you to have a global overview of the badges available on your forum, as well as to see the information of each reward in detail (the number of users having each reward, the description, the value to be achieved, etc.).
